This issue presents contemporary scientific research in the fields of recreation and tourism geography, socio-economic geography, and physical geography, focusing on theoretical foundations, risks in the development of the tourism industry, spatial analysis of territories, and natural processes. The first section examines the relationship between tourism studies and recreation studies as scientific and educational fields, approaches to the study of the gastronomic landscape, the geosystem approach in researching tourism and recreational systems, and risks in the tourism and hospitality sector. Special attention is given to the assessment of tourism potential in less popular territorial communities of the Zakarpattia region and the prerequisites for the development of adventure tourism in the Lviv region. The section on socio-economic geography and regional studies covers issues of wartime everyday life in the border areas of the Chernihiv region, security practices and socio-cultural transformations, post-war tourism recovery based on principles of sustainable development, as well as geoinformation modeling of tourism attractiveness of destinations in the context of post-war geotourism marketing in Ukraine. The physical geography section presents lithological and sedimentological characteristics of channel alluvium of the Uzh River. The materials in this issue are of interest to researchers, educators, and practitioners in geography, tourism, regional development, geoinformation technologies, and environmental management.

This issue presents the results of contemporary research in the fields of recreation and tourism geography, socio-economic geography, and physical geography, reflecting current directions in the development of the tourism sector, spatial processes, and geoecological studies. The first section highlights the scientific legacy of Professor I.G. Smirnov, issues of digital optimization of hotel booking services, and the problems of tourism branding in border areas of the Chernivtsi region. The second section examines the role of intellectual property in regional development within EU countries, the transformation of the European ideological space, and an analysis of factors underlying possible scenarios of fragmentation of the Russian Federation. The physical geography section presents modern geospatial analysis tools for geoecological modeling and the application of Earth remote sensing data for assessing biomass in urban geosystems (using the city of Bucha as a case study). This issue is intended for researchers, educators, and specialists in geography, tourism, regional development, and geoinformation technologies.

This issue presents the results of contemporary research in the fields of recreation and tourism geography, socio-economic geography, and physical geography, focusing on the development of tourism systems, spatial organization of territories, and assessment of natural resources. The first section examines the theoretical convergence of active and sports tourism and factors determining the quality of tourism and recreation services, the geospatial organization of the gastronomic landscape, the role of Indian spices as an element of gastronomic tourist attraction, the historical dynamics of tourism relations between Ukraine and China, and the development of the Podillia–Bukovyna tourism cluster based on tourist flow analysis. The section on socio-economic geography and regional studies addresses the concept of the "dacha" as a socio-spatial phenomenon and the evolution of the transport system of the Rivne region in a historical-geographical perspective. The physical geography section presents research on the geography and marketing of ecosystem services in the Ukrainian context, as well as an analysis of long-term dynamics of water balance components in the Stryi River basin in relation to river flow resource use. The materials in this issue are of interest to researchers, educators, and practitioners in geography, tourism, regional development, and natural resource management.
