Molochko M.A. Cartographic modeling of the training of tourism specialists in Ukrainian universities

The article considers application of geoinformation mapping for studiyng a separate branch of an education system which among other indicators of a standard of living of the population is one of the most important components of quality of life and for integrated estimation generalises values of many non-material factors: presence of a free time, availability of education and cultural values, the social importance of each person, security of his/her rights, political, religious, etc. freedom. One has to consider wide opportunities for Ukraine’s economy related with training of tourism professionals at higher educational institutions, and also one of the highest rate of education development in the country At a precartographical stage use of «the field concept» in cartography with reference to the spatial analysis of professional training in HIGH SCHOOLS of Ukraine of experts in the sphere of tourism of various educational-qualifying levels is proved. Features of use of this way of cartographical modelling, designing of elements of the maintenance and formation of thematic making of geospatial data base on the basis of what modern possibilities of GIS-MAPPING are used are shined. Research has allowed to make actually cartographical analysis of heuristic possibilities of a technique, an estimation of territorial features of granting by HIGH SCHOOLS of Ukraine of educational services for tourism sphere, to allocate some problems.

Enikova V.F. Study of the impact of demographic problems on a number of labor resources of Slutski district of Minsk region

The purpose of the article is studying population of Slutsk region and researching of the influence of demography problems on the labor force. As a result of using generous geographical, statistical and mathematical methods of data processing, it was found out that, manpower is reduced on the territory of Slutsk region. And in the future it can cause problems with workforce support to the industrial and agricultural companies in the region. Studying of manpower requirements for some categories of labor force will continue. This research have a great practical meaning because theme of studying own region is included in the geography program for 10 grade, but materials on it are not in the textbooks. This material can be use to extra-curricular activities too.

 Tsvirko M.F. Development of marketing services at the largest enterprises of the processing industry of the city of Slutsk in Minsk region

Slutsk district is the land of rich history, unique culture and developed economy. The area is the largest agricultural producer in Minsk region. Wide range of agricultural products determines the specialization of the production of our city - food-processing industry. The city has the largest sugar factory-refinery in our country, meat packing plant, cheese-making factory and other food processors. Products of Slutsk enterprises enjoy popularity not only in domestic market but are also exported to Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Moldova and Ukraine, as well as Lithuania and Germany, Poland, Czech Republic and Italy. New outlets are being developed. Negotiations with Venezuela, Lebanon, Iran and Syria are underway.Successful activity of marketing service helps to increase profitability and contributes to the development of enterprises of food industry. Their goods are always in demand in the domestic and foreign markets, as they have a good taste, commensurate price and they are safe for health.

Oliynyk Ya.B., Getman V.I. Problems accumulation of human waste and its future development

At the present stage of evolution the biosphere of the Earth is in a critical condition. Pollution of the environment by human waste is widespread. The idea that Biosphere «works» on non-waste principle is wrong. The problem is how to make the biogeochemical cycles of chemical elements (in particular, biophylic), their small biological cycle more closed, that is, how to minimize the loss or «waste» of cycle. If you take into account man-made (anthropogenic) cycle of chemicals and elements (this is very actually now) it's up to small technology waste (close to a waste-free).

Zub Y.O., Smirnov I.G. Socio-economic and financial problems of the euro area: the geographical dimension

Recently the debt crisis in Europe began to represent the increasing threats for further development of the world economy. The situation has not stabilized for the last five years, and now it reveals new threats for economic and social development. The debts reached such picks that they could cause a new wave of economic crisis. The reasons of such instability in Europe have economic nature, but they are reflected on the currency of the EU - euro, thus the majority of the countries are deprived from possibilities to carry out their monetary policy. To some extent the main problems are connected with the overcoming of distinctions in economic development of the EU countries, formation of effective mechanisms of supranational cooperation, coordination and implementation of collective decisions, and that requires to take into consideration the geographical factor of social and economic development of the EU.

The origin, semantic meaning of the titles of settlements, rivers and forms of relief of Chernigiv region are analysed in the article. The connection between the geographic names of the explored territory and various socio-historic, ethnic, natural-geographic and other phenomena, processes and objects is determined. The classification of the toponyms according to their origin is completed. The regularities of spreading the geographic names of Chernigiv region are revealed.

Grishko S.V. The value of «Stalin’s Great Plan for the Transformation of Nature» for the steppes of the Eastern Europe

Based on the processing of literary and archival sources was analyzed the meaning of «Stalin’s plan to transform nature» to the steppes of the Eastern Europe. The purpose of the plan was preventing drought, sand and dust storms by building ponds, planting protective forests plantation and introduction of grass crop rotation in the Southern regions of the USSR (Povolzhia, Northern Caucasus, Ukraine).

This paper reviews the negative effects of the landfaills’ functioning throughout their life cycle. The needs to supplement the existing building code by the criteria, which take into account the conceptual framework of sustainable development and the provisions of international environmental agreements are discussed. The paper summarizes the experience of using such criteria and treatment of modern methods of negative effect assessment in the domestic practice of the EIA procedure.

The idea of natural and cultural framework as a system of human values that somehow reflected in the landscape are suggested and substantiated. These values were formed and shaped by, but rather in conjunction with landscapes territory. The basic structural elements of natural and cultural frame of Volyn region is core, peripheral zone, linear structure.

Voloncevich O.O. The role of anthropogenic transformation of geographical landscape in the functioning and the diversity of species of ornithocomplexes of a big city

In the article the short historical analysis of a level of geographical anthropogenic landscapes investigations is carried out. The composition of bird communities as well as species habitat distribution was studied during breeding period in typical landscapes within Kharkiv. The differentiation of city ornithocomplexes on degree of anthropogenous transformation of a geographical landscape on Kharkiv is presented.The total of 84 bird species was registered. In forest fragments dominated Chaffinch, Great Tit, Blue Tit and Wood Warbler. In built areas the dominants of bird communities were Tree Sparrow, House Sparrow, Swift and Rock Dove.
