INTELLECTUAL POTENTIAL OF CHERNIVTSI REGION

 The main purpose of the article is a study of the peculiarities of the development and the contemporary state of the intellectual potential of Chernivtsi region, assessment of indicators of its development and elaboration of its main fields.

The methodology of the research is based on the system-structural approach.

Results. The nature of the intellectual potential was revealed, the current state and dynamics of its development were analyzed. The summary of main problems and directions for reproduction of intellectual potential were outlined.

The scientific novelty consists in the revelation of the spatial features of the development of intellectual potential.

The practical significance lies in clarification of new directions of improvement and utilization of the intellectual potential of Chernivtsi region
